Every step — from the harvest to the way we portion each stick — passes through people. We work with beekeepers and partners who take honey seriously enough to keep it simple.

The sticky spoon is a beautiful thing at a farmhouse breakfast. Less so in a laptop bag. So we made a new format: one clean tear, one clean pour. Nothing about the honey changes. Only how you carry it.
